Juliet qualified from the University of Hertfordshire in 2008 and has been specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy since 2010 working working in both the NHS and private sector.  Juliet has extensive knowledge of the knee and shoulder joint as her role in the NHS involved working directly with consultants in the Orthopaaedic Fracture Clinic and in the A&E acute knee clinic. Thus, she has expert diagnostic skills, so you can feel confident in her assessment skills to find out what the problem is and how to manage it correctly. In addition, her prescriptive rehabilation is excellent as she has run the lower limb rehabilitation courses within the NHS for many years, thus you can feel very confident she will get you back to doing all the sports and leisure atcitivtes that you love doing!

In addition, Juliet has undertaken numerous post graduate training courses in acupuncture, pilates and has a keen interest in post natal care. She integrates these treatments into her pain management and prescriptive rehabilitation ensuring her patients have a holistic management plan to ensure both the symptoms and the underlying cause are addressed.

In her leisure time, in between caring for her two young boys, she like to keeps fit with Pilates and is constantly kicking a football around having two young boys!
