If you are hurting or are in pain and are in self-isolation or would prefer to minimise contact in any way, we have designed a way you can get help fast and in the safety of your home via a Telehealth treatment.

Telehealth uses digital video technology on your computer, tablet or phone to receive treatment from our physios. Our practice is using Zoom which is available as an app as a FREE download.

Since your GP is most likely overloaded with other more pressing matters, we are well placed to fill the gap this will create. It is safe and effective, and our physios are trained to deliver Telehealth treatment consultations. Our physios have the right musculoskeletal skills to assess and triage any spinal pain you have that is likely of a musculoskeletal origin. (Pains from muscles and joints, ligaments and spinal discs).

We can guide you through three options:

1. Teach you how to self-treat the problem at home.
2. Determine whether you need hands on treatment in our safe clinic.
3. Decide whether you need further specialty testing or treatment and organise that referral.

Furthermore, we can refer you for Xrays, MRI, CT scans and Ultrasounds if required.

The cost of a Telehealth less than the price of a regular in-clinic treatment at $85 per session which would need to be paid prior to the scheduled appointment.‍

As this service falls under our core practice, you will be able to receive a rebate under your private health insurance cover. We recommend however, that you check with your health insurance provider to confirm this.
